To help members get familiar with the website, helpful answers to Frequently Asked Questions are provided below. FAQs are also available in PDF form at the bottom of this page. Check back as this page will continue to be updated. Submit the form below if you have a question that is not addressed.


Forgot your username or password?
On any sign-in page, select “Forgot your password?” Type your username or email address in the box provided on the next screen and click "Reset Password." You must provide the email address or username associated with your member profile. Once submitted, an email will be sent to the email address on file and will include a link back to the site to reset your password. You may need to check your email program's SPAM filter as this "Reset Password" email may be treated as SPAM. Please Note: Password reset email links expire after 24 hours.

How do I change my password?
Once logged in, go to Manage Profile - Edit Bio

Was it a mistake that I received two logins?
Primary firm contacts will have both a firm profile and a personal profile.


Firm Profile used for:
 Accessing and paying invoices
 Adding/changing users within your firm
 Updating your firm profile
 Posting job openings


User Profile used for:
 Registering for events

 Posting on Forums
 Managing your personal profile
 Posting job openings


Why is my login no longer working?
Send a message to MemberServices@TheExchangeNetwork.org. Be sure to include your information (do not send passwords via email) and someone will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I pay my invoice?
Invoices are available under Member Firm profile. If you do not remember your Firm ID, send a message to MemberServices@TheExchangeNetwork.org


How do I add a colleague as a member?
With a full firm membership, you can add as many of your colleagues to your Firm Profile as you would like at no additional charge.

You will need to log in using your firm ID, Navigate to Manage Profile - Information & Settings - Firm Users

Add email addresses under Invite New Members.



How do I add my picture to my profile?
Sign in using your personal ID, navigate to Manage Profile - Edit Bio. There is a section to manage headshot, you can upload your picture there.
